LIFT (60min) – This one-hour class is for ALL LEVELS. ‘Lift’ prepares your body for arm balancing using familiar postures from HotHaus Method Classes. Learn to safely approach arm balancing, gain confidence with inversions, and enjoy various arm balancing postures, even if they’re new to you.
