W. T. F.  (75min) – HH ‘W. T. F’ (Way To Freedom) combines cutting-edge research from the Functional Range Conditioning System with Yoga and Asana. It focuses on enhancing joint ROM and stability through Isometric loading. Sessions build body awareness and control, catering to athletes in running, cycling, skiing, hockey, triathlon, and those wanting to boost their yoga practice and injury resistance.
